Collector Reservation Terms
By submitting an Edition Allocation, you are reserving one place within the announced limited edition of the selected Rogue Realiti creation.
Limited Editions
Each edition is produced in strictly limited numbers. Once all allocations have been reserved, no additional pieces will be created.
Edition Allocation
Your Edition Allocation secures your place within the edition and allows production of your creation to commence.
Edition Allocation payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Balance Payment
When your creation has been completed and is ready for dispatch, you will be invited to complete your Edition Acquisition by paying the remaining balance.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the timeframe advised, Rogue Realiti reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allocate the creation to another collector. The Edition Allocation will not be refunded.
Handcrafted Variations
Every Rogue Realiti creation is individually crafted by hand. Natural variations in colour, texture, pattern placement and finishing are an intentional part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Where authentic or reclaimed materials are incorporated, no two creations will ever be identical. Product imagery is provided as a guide only.
Production Milestones
Every Rogue Realiti edition follows a milestone-based production model.
Production commences once the minimum collector allocation for the edition has been reached. This milestone varies depending on the complexity of the creation and will be published on the relevant edition page.
Your Edition Allocation secures your place within the edition regardless of when the production milestone is achieved. Throughout the process, collectors will receive updates on production progress and key milestones until their creation is ready for dispatch.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every creation is accompanied by an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity confirming its edition number and authenticity.
Ownership
Ownership transfers to the collector only once the Edition Acquisition has been completed/paid in full.
Shipping
Shipping costs, duties, taxes and import charges (where applicable) are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Once an Edition Allocation has been confirmed, cancelations are not possible and payments cannot be refunded.
