Labour Code

This Labour Code sets out the standards Rogue Realiti expects from every studio, atelier and maker we work with. It reflects our commitment to fair and safe working conditions across our supply chain.
Who This Applies To
This code applies to all studios, ateliers, makers and individuals engaged, directly or indirectly, in the production of Rogue Realiti pieces.
Our Standards

We expect every maker we work with to uphold the following principles.

No Forced or Child Labour. We do not tolerate forced, bonded or child labour of any kind, anywhere in our supply chain.

Fair Wages. Workers should be paid fairly and on time, in line with applicable local law.

Safe Working Conditions. Workplaces should be safe, clean, and free from harassment or discrimination.

Reasonable Working Hours. Working hours should be reasonable and in line with applicable local law.

Freedom of Association. Workers should be free to organise and raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

Compliance With Local Law. All applicable local labour and employment laws must be followed.

Our Approach
Because we work with a small, direct network of studios and makers rather than large-scale contract manufacturers, we are able to build these standards into our relationships directly, rather than through third-party audits alone. We ask questions, visit where we can, and take concerns seriously.
Raising a Concern
If you believe any of our makers or their workers are not being treated in line with this code, please contact us at hello@violetlotusgroup.com. We will look into every concern raised in good faith.
