This statement sets out Rogue Realiti's approach to identifying and addressing the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain.

About This Statement

Rogue Realiti is a small, limited-edition fashion label operated by Violet Lotus Group. Formal modern slavery reporting obligations, such as those under the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, apply to businesses above certain revenue thresholds, and Rogue Realiti currently sits well below these thresholds. We are publishing this statement voluntarily because we believe transparency about how our pieces are made matters, regardless of our size.

Our Business

Rogue Realiti produces limited-edition, numbered garments in runs of 499 pieces per collection, sold direct to consumers through roguerealiti.com.

Our Supply Chain

We work with a small network of studios and makers with whom we have direct relationships, rather than large-scale contract manufacturers. This allows us to maintain close, ongoing visibility into how and where our pieces are produced.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

working only with makers and studios who treat their people fairly and lawfully;
asking direct questions about working conditions, pay and hours as part of how we choose who we work with;
taking any concern raised about labour practices in our supply chain seriously and acting on it; and
formalising our due diligence processes as Rogue Realiti grows.

This statement reflects our practices as a small business today. We will review and update it as our supply chain and processes evolve.
