Shipping and Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you change your mind, or if a piece arrives with a fault, here is how returns work.

Shipping

We do not ship to the United States or the Russian Federation.

Collector Reservations

Collector Reservations include Free Delivery. Each piece will be inspected by our team and cleared for distribution before shipment.

Standard Orders

Shipping costs for standard orders are calculated based on your Delivery Location. Standard orders are shipped within 72 hours, with tracking information sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Change of Mind Returns

You can return a piece purchased on roguerealiti.com within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Please email hello@violetlotusgroup.com with your order number and edition number to begin the process. We will confirm the return address and any further instructions by email.

Because every piece is produced in a strictly limited run of 499, we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size or piece. Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable against any available piece across our collections. We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds for change of mind, refunds are reserved for pieces with a genuine defect, as set out below.

We can only accept change-of-mind returns where the piece is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and the RFID edition tag still attached, returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Once we have received your return and are satisfied it meets these conditions, we will issue your store credit within 14 days. Where we cannot accept a return, we will contact you to explain why and arrange for the piece to be sent back to you.

Faulty or Defective Pieces

If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and before wearing or washing the piece, at hello@violetlotusgroup.com with your order number, edition number, and photos of the fault.

Refunds to your original payment method are only offered where a piece is confirmed to have a genuine defect. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer either a repair or a full refund. Because each piece is one of a strictly limited edition, we cannot guarantee a like-for-like replacement of the same numbered piece.

We do not consider the following to be defects: natural variation inherent to handcrafted or small-batch production, changes from normal wear, washing or care, or damage caused after delivery.

Any rights you have under law that cannot be limited or excluded, including under the Singapore Consumer Law remain unaffected by this policy.

Our Requirements

We are unable to process any return without:

your name, order number and edition number;
proof of purchase; and
inspecting the piece first.

For change-of-mind returns, the piece must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags and the RFID edition tag attached, and returned in its original packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or return, any piece that has been altered, tailored or repaired by a third party. We are also unable to accept returns of customised or made-to-order pieces, or gift cards.

Please note, we use your personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process your return. Personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:

Customised or made-to-order pieces
Gift cards
Pieces returned without their original tags or RFID edition tag attached
Pieces showing signs of wear, washing or alteration

Warranty

It is our intention for every piece to be considered and enduring. However, as pieces are produced in small runs, they may very occasionally contain a manufacturing fault.

We offer a warranty covering manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage from wear and tear, washing, or accidental damage. Alterations or repairs not carried out by us will void this warranty.
