Welcome to roguerealiti.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of any piece from Rogue Realiti. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before you shop with us.

About Us

Rogue Realiti is a limited-edition fashion label operated by Violet Lotus Group, registered in Singapore. References to “we,” “us” or “our” mean Violet Lotus Group trading as Rogue Realiti. References to “you” or “your” mean the person using our website or placing an order.

Authenticity

If you're holding something you believe to be Rogue Realiti, there is a way to know for certain.

Every one of the 499 pieces in a collection carries an embedded authentication chip and a matching edition certificate. No chip, no certificate, no piece. Write to us at hello@violetlotusgroup.com with the piece and its number, and we will confirm what's in your hands.

A Note on Originality

We built this house on ideas that didn't exist before we made them. We notice when something starts to look a lot like ours.

Every piece we release carries provenance designed to outlast a copy. To anyone considering borrowing our work rather than making their own: we are watching, and we hope you have deep pockets.

Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Our Pieces

Each Rogue Realiti collection is produced in a strictly limited run of 499 numbered pieces. Every piece is individually numbered and RFID-tagged. Edition numbers are assigned at the time of dispatch, not at the time of purchase, and we cannot guarantee a specific edition number.

We take care to display our pieces as accurately as possible, including colour, detail and finish. However, because pieces are photographed and displayed on a variety of screens, actual colour and texture may vary slightly from what you see online. Small variations are also inherent to small-batch and handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any taxes required to be shown by law, unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply when your order is shipped internationally. These are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal at the time you place your order. We do not store your full card details.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order is not accepted, and no contract exists, until we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a piece is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. Risk in your piece passes to you on delivery. For full detail on shipping, please contact us at hello@violetlotusgroup.com.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Our Returns Policy, available at roguerealiti.com/returns, forms part of these Terms and sets out how change-of-mind returns, faulty pieces and warranty claims are handled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Rogue Realiti name, logo, photography, designs and written content, is owned by or licensed to Violet Lotus Group and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

use the website for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
copy, scrape or reproduce our content without permission; or
misrepresent the authenticity or provenance of a Rogue Realiti piece, including its edition number.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of a piece. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or guarantee you have under law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees that may apply in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, and changes will apply to orders placed after the update.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
