These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Collector Reservation Terms, Shipping Policy and any other policies published on the Website.

Rogue Realiti is owned by Violet Lotus Group PTE Ltd, a Singapore-based creative company producing limited edition wearable art.

Definitions:

• Rogue Realiti, we, our and us refer to Rogue Realiti.
• Website means the Rogue Realiti website and associated digital platforms.
• Collector means any person accessing the Website or using our services.
• Creation means any product, artwork or wearable art offered by Rogue Realiti.
• Edition means a limited production release issued by Rogue Realiti.

You may use this Website solely for lawful purposes.

You agree not to interfere with Website security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software, copy Website content without permission, misuse the Website, use automated software to scrape Website content or disrupt other users' access.

You confirm you are legally capable of entering binding contracts and that information supplied is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying Rogue Realiti immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.

Collector Reservations secure an opportunity to purchase a Creation within an Edition, subject to payment of the reservation fee and availability.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Rogue Realiti does not retain complete payment card details.

Edition quantities represent the maximum number of Creations to be produced unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where applicable, each Creation includes a Certificate of Authenticity verifying its Edition and authenticity.

Images represent each Creation as accurately as possible. Minor variations arising from handcrafted production or natural materials do not constitute defects.

All intellectual property associated with the Website and Rogue Realiti remains the exclusive property of Rogue Realiti, a business of Violet Lotus Group PTE Ltd.

Rogue Realiti, The Realm of Rogue and associated branding are proprietary trade marks or identifiers belonging to Rogue Realiti and Violet Lotus Group PTE Ltd.

Where permitted, users may submit reviews or comments. By submitting content you grant Rogue Realiti a non-exclusive licence to use that content in connection with operating and promoting the business.

Users must not engage in unlawful activity, interfere with Website functionality, upload malicious software, impersonate others or provide false information.

The Website integrates with Stripe and WooCommerce. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogue Realiti excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.
